Childcare Registration

At Bent Tree, we want you to feel like childcare is an extension of your home. We want families to be able to connect and know that your children are safe and well cared for. Childcare is not available for all events and groups. When childcare is offered, it is on a first-come first-served basis, and is limited. An additional registration application and fee is required. Choose the correct timeframe for your event or group using the buttons below to start the childcare registration process.

We will do our best to try and find a spot for your child, even if childcare has closed. If your event or group does not have a Wait List link, you can email Shelley White to inquire about availability. If you add your name to the Wait List, you will be contacted as spots become available.

• When you arrive
   

  When you arrive for your event or group, head to Family Central and check in at the rainforest. Childcare will open 15 minutes before the start time for your event or group. Reference your check-in sticker to find your child’s room number. There are friendly staff members available at the rainforest to assist you with any questions you may have.

  We will do our best to group children by age. In order to offer childcare to as many families as possible, your child may be placed in a group with children of other ages, depending on children registered and volunteer availability.

  Scholarships are available through a separate application. You will be contacted by our Benevolence department upon submission of the application to walk you through the next steps. Any difference in payment from the scholarship amount will be due at that point in time.

  • Pack your child a snack and drink that requires no heating, refrigeration, or utensils.
  • Please note: Bent Tree does not screen snacks or manage food content for allergies.
  • Please label everything!
  • If your child requires an auto-injector (Epipen) please inform their classroom teacher.
  • If your event or group happens during potential nap times, we try to accommodate requests for scheduled nap times and are happy to give your child a pre-measured/mixed, ready-to-feed bottle or finger food you provide.
  • Children who are not fully potty trained must be in a diaper or pull-up.
  • Children must be free of fever (< 100.3° F), rash, vomiting, or diarrhea without the aid of medication for 24 hours prior to coming to childcare. We will text your cell to come pick up your child if they show signs of being ill (i.e., runny nose, cough, pink eye, etc.) so that you can take them home.
  • A bag with a change of clothing is helpful.
